One of the highlights in the Crokes calender this year, the 'Strictly Come Dancing Experience' is in aid of Kilmacud Crokes and the Baby Max Wings Of Love Fund and will take place at 7.30pm in Leopardstown Pavilion, Leopardstown Racecourse on Saturday, 27th April. Tickets only €20 each for this fundraising night including the Strictly Come Dancing Competition, Full Bar, Entertainment and a Celebrity Jury!

Camán to Croker Under 12 Trip

Camán to Croker Trip Report (Under 12s) 6th April 2013

camancroker1newThanks to the stellar penmanship of Pat Fenlon who submitted the entry, Kilmacud Crokes won a place in this year’s U12 Camán to Croker festival on 6th April 2013. This gave us the chance to send 15 girls to Croke Park to play in a cluster blitz of three 12-a-side games. The day itself was one of the first really beautiful warm sunny spring days after what has been a terribly long cold winter. Perfect weather for camogie.

Training Arrangements for Sat 23rd March

Training Arrangements for tomorrow Saturday 23rd March are as follows:

Under 11s (2002s) at 12noon in the Hurling Arena

Under 10s (2003s) at 12noon on the All Weather Paddock

2004s/2005s and 2006s at 12noon on the All Weather Paddock as usual

There will be no training on Easter Saturday. Easter Camp starts on the Tuesday after Easter and you can find details of this elsewhere on this website.

 
Campa na n-Óg 2-5 of April 2013

The KIlmacud Crokes Campa na n-Óg will run from Tuesday 2nd to Friday 5th of April.

Feile Girls Climb the Heights!

Our 2013 Under 14 Feile girls took to the Dublin mountains for a training session over the St. Patrick's Day Bank Holiday week-end. The picture below shows them in great spirits at the Fairy Castle, Ticknock.

Cake/Book Sale - FeileFundraiser on Sunday

The U14 Feile girls are hosting a cake and book sale in St Laurences Kilmacud Community Centre this Sunday after all the morning masses . You can support by donating books and cakes.  Books can be dropped in on Saturday evening and cakes/buns/scones can be dropped in from 9.30am on Sunday morning.  You can also support by spreading the word or drop in and buy!

 
U9 Change of Venue for Sunday Match

The Under 9 Camogie Games on Sunday have been switched from home venue to Ballyboden Venue. The matches will now be played at Sancta Maria hockey pitch, Scholarstown Road. Take exit 12 from M50 and head towards Ballyboden. Pitches are on the left after about a mile.  Note that the hockey pitch is behind the all weather GAA Pitch. Throw In is 10am, so the meet time at Sancta Maria is 9.30am sharp.

U13, U14 & U16 Fixtures 2013

Matches for our U13,U14 & U16 teams start the weekend 23rd/24th February. A schedule of matches for the coming weeks can be found by clicking the Fixtures button at the top of this page.

 
Senior & Intermediate Fixtures begin on 3rd March

Both of our Adult Teams will commence their league campaigns on Sunday 3rd March at 11am.  The Senior team (Sen 3) are away to Portobello while the Intermediate team (Sen 5) are away to Liffey Gaels.  The fixtures from March to May for both teams are posted on this website under the 'Fixtures' key

 
Camogie Registration Evening - Thursday 14th February 2013

Camogie Registration will take place at the clubhouse from 6.30pm to 9pm this Thursday, 14th February. Please note that any girl not registered by this date cannot train or play with Kilmacud Crokes Camogie.

Registration forms can be obtained by clicking the Registration button to the left of this screen.

Thanks to those who have already registered. All the registration work is carried out by volunteer parents & your co-operation in registering your daughter on time is very much appreciated.

 
Training Arrangements 9th Feb for 2001/2002 & 2003s

Pairc De Burca is closed again due to the wet weather.  U12/2001 training will go ahead in the hurling arena.  Under 11/2002 training will go ahead on the off pitch area of the main pitch. Both of these group training will go ahead at 12 noon.

U10/2003 training is OFF but please make sure you come to Glenalbyn Clubhouse between 9am and 1pm for registration.

Nursery training (2004/5/6) will go ahead at 2pm in the Paddock for this week only.  Registration will be available until 2.30pm to facilitate this group.

Saturday Training Times - 9th February 2013

Please note the training times & venues for this coming Saturday:

- Girls born in 2006/2005/2004 - Training will take place at 2pm (NOT 12pm) on the All Weather Pitch. The time change is for this Saturday ONLY.

Volunteers will remain in the club house until 2.30pm on Saturday to take registrations from parents due to the later training time for these age groups.

- Girls born in 2003/2002/2001 - Training will take place at 12pm (as usual) on the off pitch area of the main pitch at Glenalbyn. Please refer regularly to this website for any updates on the training schedules due to poor weather.
